Ethan Worth

Co-opted Local School Board member

I have been a co-opted Local School Board member since 2022. In my current role I lead on organisational strategy. Prior to that, I worked as a management consultant for 7 years - working for a range of clients, mostly public sector bodies, including education institutions. I am also a qualified Maths teacher, previously working for 2 years in a secondary school in Camden as part of the Teach First programme. I graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

I have always been passionate about improving state education standards and increasing opportunities for those with less access to support, networks or resources. I previously ran a mentoring programme that paired consultants with school students and also offered pro-bono consulting services to an education charity. I chose Haggerston school because their mission strives to not only produce successful students but also to foster fulfilled, creative and independent people.
