Jack Morrison

Local School Board Member - Staff Member

I joined the Local School Board as a staff member a half a term into the 2025/26 academic year.

Born and raised in Hackney, I am deeply committed to supporting the young people within the community where I grew up.

I hold a degree in History from the University of Oxford and trained as a History teacher at The Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School. I joined Haggerston School in September 2025 as a Head of Year, having previously held the same role at Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy.

My position on the board allows me to provide a staff perspective, ensuring that the board’s decisions are informed by the day to day realities of the school and directly contribute to the school's and student success.
