Jan Tallis BEM

I was appointed to the LSB in July 2025 by the Community Schools Trust. I have been a school governor at every stage of compulsory schooling, from nursery to sixth form college. For ten years I was a National Leader of Governance and supported many governing bodies across the region. I am also a trustee of the Community Schools Trust and a member of the Lubavitch Multi Academy Trust. 

I am passionate about children receiving the best possible education in their local community schools to ensure they have every opportunity to succeed in a safe and supportive environment. I am pleased to be able to contribute to the continuing success of Haggerston School.
