KS3 Subject: Religious Studies

What topics will you study in KS3 Religious Studies?

Religious Studies at Haggerston School helps students develop intellectually, personally, and socially by building critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills. The curriculum also nurtures creativity, character, aspiration, and ethical awareness, encouraging students to reflect, make considered decisions, and develop resilience and empathy. In Years 7 and 8, students study a variety of world
faiths and ethical questions, exploring each topic thematically and considering ideas such as love, conflict, life after death, and the concept of God, fostering a broad understanding of different beliefs and perspectives.
